SECURITY PERSONNEL SELECTION,HIRING AND RECRUITMENT

1. The steps to our effective performance is a selection of quality personnel and recruits where the applicant's documents are thoroughly checked, interview and background investigations should be met by the applicants. This following steps are as follows:



a. Complete CV
b. Written qualifying examination with neuro test.
c. Required clearances from the NBI, PC/NIP and barangay.
d. Background Investigations
e. Medical examination
f. Final interview
g. Orientation


2. Before deployment of security personnel we take necessary steps in ensuring that quality service will be maintained and delivered at the highest standards like:

a. Proper orientation of all selected security personnel in relation to all security guidelines based on the security survey which includes all existing company policies, rules and regulations.
b. All security personnel will be brief with their duties and responsibilities.
c. Rank Formation and inspection.
d. Deployment.


3. We do recognize that after deployment we will monitor,observe, adjust or initiate corrective measures on the security personnel and his/her post. Any recommendations from the client will be taken into consideration for continous improvement and to ensure top quality service is achieved.



4. To further ensure that top quality service is achieved, the following additional measures are undertaken:


a. 24/7 inspection on all guards.
b. Maintenance of a reserve force in cases of emergency situations.
c. Disciplinary actions to security personnel on omitting their duties and responsibilities and violations.
d. Proper endorsement, handover and inspection of guards prior to and after relieving.
e. Further training of personnel to maintain and deliver top service to clients.
